About the App.
It's a habit-driven app.
Upon starting a habit, there's a phenomenon called 'Inertia' that creeps in…
FINDINGS
Inertia,
a disinclination to move
The feeling of indisposition to exertion or change, wanting to remain still & unchanged. Translation = LAZY.
To prevent Inertia, we need reduce the work and "hassle" to START the the act.
How might we achieve that..?
